Founded in 1996 by Australians Rodney Adler and Tull Price, Royal Elastics is known for its innovative, slip-on footwear design. For the SS25 and AW25 collections, I managed a comprehensive campaign in Paris.I was responsible for executing various key elements. This included running meta ad campaigns, which led to over 200 model applications, drafting contracts, and overseeing all logistics related to the photoshoot.

I worked closely with cartographers and the Royal Elastics team in Taipei to ensure that the right shoes and garments were prepared for the campaign. On the day of the shoot, I managed two groups of six models, coordinating their outfits, locations, and timing across two collections. Despite last-minute changes introduced by Damur, I ensured the entire process ran smoothly and efficiently.
